Gift Cards

We are no longer be selling Kiwi Property Gift Cards.

If you are looking for a gift card then we suggest visiting your favourite Sylvia Park retailers and getting a gift card direct from them.

If you have a Kiwi Property gift card you can still redeem it at more than 800 participating stores at Sylvia Park, LynnMall, The Base, Centre Place, The Plaza, and Northlands.

If you have an issue with an existing gift card the customer service team are able to help. You can call them on +64 9 570 3777 or visit them behind the escalator by Hallenstein Brothers.

If you have ordered an e-Gift Card and the recipient has not received the card then you may want to check the following:

• Is it in the recipients spam or junk file
• Is the recipients email correct? If not, you will need to email us at buygiftcard@kp.co.nz
• Check the delivery date that you have set. If this is incorrect you will need to email us at buygiftcard@kp.co.nz
