How long can I park for free?

We offer up to 4 hours of complementary parking to shoppers to make sure you have plenty of time to enjoy everything Sylvia Park has to offer.

What if I need more time?

If you’re planning on spending longer than your car park limit allows (4 hours), all you need to do is head over to our friendly Customer Service Desk team to let them know of your intentions and they’ll make sure to take down your number plate so you don’t get a parking ticket!

Where can I find mobility parking?

Our mobility parks are located by all of our main entrances to the centre. These carpark spaces are available to vehicles clearly displaying a valid mobility permit:
Car park 5 ground level
Car park 5 level 1
Car park 5 level 2
Car park 7a
Car park 9
Car park 10
Car park 1 ground level
Undercover mobility parks can be found in carpark 1, 2, 4 and 5.

Where can I find parent parking?

Our parents’ parks are located in car park 1 ground level, car park 2 ground level, car park 4, car park 5 ground and level 1, car park 7A, car park 7B and car park 8.

Where can I find EV Charging parks?

Paid Electric vehicle (EV) charging stations through Wallbox can be found at the following locations:

  • Car park 1, Level 1 | Type 1 & Type 2 chargers
  • Car park 2, Ground Floor | Type 1 & Type 2 chargers
  • Car park 5, Ground Floor | Type 1 & Type 2 chargers
  • Car park 8, Ground Floor | Type 2 chargers

What do I do if I have received a parking ticket?

Eek! We do not intend to ticket genuine customers, but if the terms of the carparks are exceeded, without exemption, a breach notice will be issued.

If this happens, please follow the instructions on the email or breach notice you will receive from Atlas Enforcement to see how to pay or appeal your ticket.

Dedicated mobility car parking is available near the entrances to Sylvia Park. These carpark spaces are available to vehicles clearly displaying a valid mobility permit.

Enjoy up to 4 hours of free parking. If you’re planning on staying for longer than the carpark allows, please visit the Customer Service Desk and ask for extended car-parking.

Where to Park your bike

Bike racks are located around the site, including a free eBike / eScooter lock dock & recharge station is also available and is located opposite the railway station (near Japanmart). Download the Bikeeapp at lockydock.co.nz to use this station. To recharge, BYO charger.
